The implementation of election code of conduct from today for the upcoming local level election to be held in December 1

The meeting held on a Saturday, of the Election Commission Nepal, (ECN) spokesperson  for the commission Nita Pokharel Aryal announced that the meeting decides to apply the election code of conduct to the persons, bodies and officials holding public positions in the respective districts from the Sunday until the election is over.

“The election code of conduct is a accountability and ethical morals for all individual, organization, and officials, so the commission is sure that following it in entirety” everyone will cooperation in conducting the election in a free, fair and in a predictable manner” said by spokesperson Pokharel.
