UK, France, Ukraine to Work on Peace Plan to End Russia War

The UK and France are teaming up with Ukraine in order to work on a plan to put an end to the ongoing hostilities with Russia, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced on Sunday. Once worked out, the plan would be taken to the United States to work out the negotiations.

Starmer uttered these lines during a summit meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other European leaders. He emphasized the importance of an enduring peace and bridging the gap between Europe and the United States. Starmer also added that Ukraine must be firm in the negotiations to receive security guarantees from Europe and the US.

The British Prime Minister stressed that an explicit security and defense line agreement is necessary in order to prevent further aggression by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The exact nature of these lines will be determined in the future.
