Share Prices of 16 Companies Reach All-Time Highs

The share prices of 16 companies in the Nepal Stock Exchange have hit their highest points ever. A majority of these companies belong to the hydropower sector, with nine hydropower companies setting new price records.

According to data from the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), companies such as Menchhiyam Hydropower, Mankamana Engineering Hydropower, Barun Hydropower, River Falls Power, Bhogal Energy Development Company, Ngadi Group Power, Upper Hewakhola Hydropower, Sayapatri Hydropower, and Barahi Hydropower have all reached new price highs.

In addition, two development banks, Corporate Development Bank and Green Development Bank, have also seen their share prices soar to record levels.

Similarly, four microfinance companies—Dhaulagiri Microfinance, Mahuli Community Microfinance, Swabhimaan Microfinance, and Manushi Microfinance—have reached their highest-ever share prices. The finance sector, particularly Janaki Finance, has also seen its price peak to an all-time high.
