On Wednesday, Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Pandey, instructed airlines operating international flights to and from Nepal to submit their standard airfare rates within the next 24 hours. This directive follows concerns over the recent surge in airfares to and from Kathmandu.

During a meeting held at the ministry to address the issue, he urged airline companies to reconsider the increased fare prices, which have sparked concern among travelers.
