Nepal Telecom (NTC) has introduced a robot service called Al Jack to improve customer service at its Sundhara office. Chief Executive Officer Dinesh Chandra Panthi shared that the robot aims to address the issue of delayed services caused by a shortage of staff, with around 200 to 300 service providers visiting the office daily. The new system is expected to streamline operations, providing answers to up to 600 customer inquiries. Panthi expressed optimism that Al Jack would significantly ease the workload and improve efficiency in NTC services.
