Sudurpaschim Royals Victory over Biratnagar Kings by 90 Runs in NPL Opener

Sudurpaschim Royals secured a comfortable 90-run victory over Biratnagar Kings in their opening match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Tuesday. Led by captain Dipendra Singh Airee, who scored a blistering 57 runs off 24 balls, including five sixes and three fours, Sudurpaschim posted a challenging total of 183 runs.

Biratnagar Kings, in response, struggled to chase the target and were bowled out for a mere 92 runs in 16.1 overs. Alongside Airee, Scottish all-rounder Brendon McMullen contributed with a valuable 36 runs off 26 balls, hitting two sixes and as many fours. Sudurpaschim’s dominant performance set the tone for a strong start to their NPL campaign.
